2009 Mayor's Cup Results

Congratulations to the 19 entrants for the 2009 Mayor's Cup trophy. With a record sized field, perfect conditions, and a competitive start, this was the best race yet!

The winner of the 2009 Mayor's Cup was Abruzzo. 2nd place, only 59 seconds behind, was La Neige, and 3d place went to Tango only 3 seconds later!

Conditions were absolutely perfect - 10knots of breeze out of the northwest, blowing steadily throughout the race. The Mayor's Cup course took the boats through 11.42 nautical miles of sailing from Perth Amboy to Keyport, Seguine Point, and back to Perth Amboy.

Thank you to all for helping to raise almost $2,000 for charity!!!
